Erik van Den Hoff

Erik van den Hoff has work experience in various roles and companies. Erik began their career at Futuro, where they worked as an Advisor/Researcher, supporting managers and directors in developing and executing projects related to safety, education, employment, and assistance for young people with multiple issues. Erik also conducted research and coached young people during their time there. Erik then joined Coopcreation.com as a Community Manager, where they managed site content, wrote newsletters, and motivated participation in the company's healthcare platform. Erik later returned to Futuro as an intern researcher and casemanager, performing similar duties as their previous role. Erik then moved to HEINEKEN, where they worked as an HR intern, supporting HR business partners in their projects and processes. Currently, Erik is working at Techsharks B.V., where they have held several roles. Erik started as a Specialist in Labor & Technology, and then became a Promise Manager, focused on ensuring employee development and challenging them. Erik then took on the role of People & Promise Manager, responsible for implementing the company's strategy, culture, and employee satisfaction. Currently, Erik is serving as the Head of People & Culture at Techsharks, where they are responsible for developing and implementing a contemporary People & Culture policy, focusing on areas such as culture, leadership, performance management, reward systems, and retention of employees.

Erik van den Hoff holds a Master's degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from Leiden University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology at Hogeschool Leiden from 2010 to 2014, specializing in Toegepaste psychologie (Applied psychology).

In addition to their academic qualifications, Erik has obtained additional certifications as well. In February 2022, they completed an Agile HR opleiding from Scrum Company. Erik also obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in HR certification from ICAgile during the same month and year.
