Mr. Jeffrey E. Giangiuli is President and Chief Operating Officer of TechSource, Inc. Mr. Giangiuli is a dynamic, growth-oriented business strategist who has led and assisted small companies to become mid-market and large businesses by evolving technical capabilities and management systems and growing client base and revenue. Mr. Giangiuli also is a subject matter expert in the areas of nuclear facilities and operations as well as environmental clean-up programs and projects.
A leader of executives, Mr. Giangiuli is inspired by building up an organization’s people and processes to achieve a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. He believes that a business only grows through a robust vision, its mission achieved through developing its people, focusing its processes and procedures, and strong planning and execution of strategic business development opportunities.
For over 30 years, Mr. Giangiuli has been a key member of leadership and advisory teams in industry and government, including TechSource, CALIBRE Systems, and the Departments of Defense (DoD) and Energy. Mr. Giangiuli served as a nuclear power officer and submariner in the U.S. Navy. He is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in military base realignment and closure and related environmental and program management technical areas. Mr. Giangiuli’s teams have been awarded the Government Contractor of the Year twice, the DoD Nunn-Perry Award, and Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies.
Mr. Giangiuli serves as a Board Member for the Association of Defense Communities, is an Adjunct Professor in the Engineering Management Program at the Catholic University of America, has been named a Kuwait Embassy International Education Ambassador, and is a former member of the Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Mississippi. Mr. Giangiuli holds a M.S. in Engineering Management from Catholic University and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Mr. Giangiuli resides in Northern VA with his wife, Laura Giangiuli. When not at work, Mr. Giangiuli enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passion for fly fishing.
