Rupert Cooper

Rupert Cooper is an experienced consultant and director in the real estate and development sectors, currently holding positions at Techspace, ZEVHub, and Workplace Futures Group since 2024, 2023, and 2021, respectively. Rupert has a strong background from Avenger Holdings as Director since 2020 and previously served as Director - UK Real Estate at Shanghai Shimao Co., Ltd. from 2019 to 2020. Rupert's extensive experience includes significant roles such as Global Development Director at IWG plc, where notable achievements included the implementation of strategic planning for various brands and the development of the first No18 location at Battersea Power Station. Before IWG, Rupert held positions in EMEA development and retail leasing, including roles at Regus, Boultbee, EFM Leasing, and Jones Lang LaSalle.
