Abby Lynch

Abby (Cowburn) Lynch is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partners at Techstars, Abby has also held significant positions at Clarivate Analytics, where responsibilities included Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Business Partner. Additionally, Abby has contributed to the Advisory Board of Back on My Feet in Philadelphia and has worked as a Regional Human Resources Generalist at Beard Miller Company, along with roles at GE Money Bank as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator. Abby holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor Studies & Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
