Lindsey Martin

Lindsey Martin currently serves as the Director of Real Estate & Facilities at Techstars, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsey was a Project Manager for International Development at Shake Shack from April 2021 to March 2023, overseeing projects across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager and Project Manager for Development at CAVA, and as Project Manager for Real Estate & Development at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, where additional responsibilities included working as a Financial Analyst. Lindsey's career began at The Ohio State University Medical Center as a Buyer and Purchasing & Accounting Intern. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Public Health from The Ohio State University, completed in 2012.
