Tillmann Gmelin

Tillmann Gmelin is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Tillmann serves as the CEO and Founder of Presight4, which focuses on assisting companies in developing digital business models and enhancing liquidity. In addition to this role, Tillmann is the Founder of Efeuria, specializing in garden plants and green roofs, and holds positions as a Techstars Mentor and Master Accelerator Mentor at German Entrepreneurship, guiding startups in funding and growth strategies. As the Owner of T&D Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG and TG Investment, Tillmann manages real estate and startup investments. Previous roles include CFO and Co-Founder of Build38, Head of Customer Success at Talentry GmbH, and Consultant at Capgemini. Tillmann holds an MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and a Dipl.-Ing. from Technische Universität Berlin, complemented by visiting studies at Boston University and the University of Technology Sydney.
