Varsha Raju currently serves as the Head of AI, Data Science, & Digital Automation at The Chemours Company, leading teams that drive digital transformation and innovation across various sectors, including R&D and Manufacturing. Varsha also mentors startups at Techstars, providing guidance on market strategies and product-market fit. Previous experience includes a role as Principal Program Manager at Microsoft, where Varsha assisted Fortune 500 clients in utilizing AI algorithms, and as a consultant focused on business development for industrial transformation. Varsha has held significant leadership positions at BP, including Business Unit Leader for Greater Europe and General Manager for the Caribbean and Central/South America, notably increasing margins and profits. An MBA graduate from Harvard Business School, Varsha also holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
