Tobias Bauer

Tobias (Tobi) Bauer is an experienced mentor and venture partner with a strong background in the startup ecosystem. Tobi currently serves as a Mentor at Techstars, 500 Startups, and Plug and Play Tech Center, while also holding the position of Venture Partner at Republic. Additionally, Tobi works as an AWS Startup Scout for Amazon Web Services. Tobi holds a Master of Science in International Management from the National University of Singapore and CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, where the degree was conferred between 2019 and 2021.
