Trey Bowles

Trey Bowles is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in fostering innovation and supporting early-stage startups. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Techstars since February 2022, Trey oversees investments in a diverse range of nearly 4,000 startups globally. As Co-Founder and President of InnoCity Partners, Trey advises on smart city initiatives, while also holding prominent roles such as Advisory Board Member at imaware, Founding Advisor at AllOY, and Chairman Emeritus at The Dallas Entrepreneur Center. Additionally, Trey co-founded the Dallas Innovation Alliance to enhance smart city efforts in Dallas and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Southern Methodist University, teaching entrepreneurship. With a background in business development and strategic planning, Trey has significantly contributed to various entrepreneurial ecosystems, including roles in Startup Champions Network and Startup America. Trey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baylor University and continues education at Southern Methodist University.
