Rupa Kodachwad

Rupa Kodachwad has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rupa began their career as a Manager in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers SpA Milano in 1999, where they worked until 2007. Rupa then joined Tecnopali Group SpA in 2008, initially serving as the CFO and Corporate Business Development Director, and later transitioning to the role of Chief Financial Officer until 2010. In 2012, they joined Adecco Management Consulting SA as the Deputy to the Zone Finance Manager, overseeing operations in Italy, Eastern Europe, and India. Most recently, they have been working since 2016 as the Business Development Manager at TechTree IT Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Rupa Kodachwad pursued their education by completing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Karnatak University between 1984 and 1986. Following this, they furthered their academic journey at the University of Illinois Springfield from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained their MBA degree with a specialization in Finance.
