Cathryn Griffiths

Cathryn (Cate) Griffiths has extensive experience in demand and supply planning, currently serving as the Demand and Supply Planning Manager for the Consumer division at Techtronic Industries (TTI) since September 2019. Prior to this role, Cathryn held various positions at McCain Foods, including Demand and Customer Engagement Manager, where leadership was provided to teams across multiple sales channels and categories, and as IBP Manager, overseeing demand, supply, materials planning, and customer engagement across several countries, channels, manufacturing sites, and distribution centers. Cathryn's prior experience also includes roles as Integrated Business Planning Manager Projects at Lion Co, where project delivery was successfully managed, and as Sales and Operations Planning Manager at Lion Nathan National Foods, focusing on governance of the S&OP process. Education was completed at South Grafton High School from 1982 to 1987.
