Hien Vu

Hien Vu is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and executive search, currently serving as Senior TA Manager at Techtronic Industries since October 2024. Previously, Hien held the position of Principal at Pedersen & Partners, a prominent international executive search firm, from August 2022 to September 2024. Hien also provided leadership as General Manager at HR Partner (Vietnam), specializing in recruitment services from September 2019 to July 2022, and directed the Executive Search & Selection Department at HR2B / Talent Recruitment JSC from May 2006 to December 2018. Hien's extensive experience includes managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring high-performance and customer service standards.
