Kenny So

Kenny So has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kenny is currently working as the Principal Branding Designer for Corporate Branding at Techtronic Industries - TTI since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Creative Director at Grey DPI Group from January 2021 to April 2021.

From September 2018 to March 2021, Kenny worked as a Senior Designer at McCann Worldgroup. Before that, they were a Senior Event Designer at E&Q Ltd from April 2018 to September 2018.

Kenny also gained experience as a Senior Event Designer at IGOO Communications Ltd. from April 2017 to April 2018, where they provided creative solutions for Mall decoration designs and managed teams and projects for various accounts.

In their early career, Kenny worked at Trivision International as a Retail Designer from October 2013 to June 2016, and later as a Project Manager and Design Manager from July 2016 to March 2017. During this time, they worked with global travel retail clients and ensured the execution of designs within brand guidelines and client budgets.

Before joining Trivision International, Kenny worked as a Product Designer at Plastoform Industries Limited from July 2012 to October 2013, and as an Internship Product Designer at ACE Packaging in 2011. At ACE Packaging, they designed a golf cleat and created a new concept of packaging for cleat replacement.

Kenny So obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial and Product Design from Birmingham City University in the years 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Higher Diploma in Product Design and Technology from Hong Kong Design Institute from 2008 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Kenny earned a Premier Pro & After Effect Digital Video Production Professional Certificate and a UI/UX Web Design Professional Certificate from Maya Education Center in September 2021. Kenny also obtained an AutoCAD Professional Certificate from the Autodesk Authorized Training Center in May 2017, along with a Professional Certificate of 3D Rendering for Interior and Architecture from the V-Ray Certification Center in the same month and year.
