Matt Defeo

Matt DeFeo has extensive experience in sales, training, and recruiting, currently serving as Group President of Sales, Training, Recruiting, and Talent at Techtronic Industries (TTI) since November 2015. Prior to this role, Matt DeFeo held the position of President of Sales, Recruiting and Training at the same company, having been with TTI since November 2006. Matt DeFeo also served as Senior Vice-President of Sales, Training, and Recruiting. Earlier in Matt DeFeo's career, a significant tenure at Black and Decker spanned from June 1987 to October 2006, culminating in the role of Vice-President. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management from Northeastern University, earned from 1982 to 1987, and attendance at Cushing Academy from 1978 to 1982.
