Kimberly Luzarraga has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kimberly currently holds the role of Human Resources Director at TechTrueUp, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at NCS Electric, Inc. from September 2021 to March 2023, where they served as a Production Scheduler and Human Resources Manager, overseeing various responsibilities such as fleet management, employee record maintenance, and ensuring timely installation of electrical work. From July 2020 to September 2021, Kimberly worked as a Project Manager at Ford Drywall & Stucco, where they were responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction, and monitoring the progress within budget constraints. Kimberly also has experience as a Tax Associate at H&R Block from December 2017 to April 2018 and as a Key Manager at Outback Steakhouse from August 2013 to April 2015. Kimberly's extensive career also includes serving in the United States Army and United States Army Reserve, where they held roles such as Unit Administrator and HR Specialist, respectively.

Kimberly Luzarraga began their educational journey in 2013 at Valencia College, where they pursued an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. Kimberly attended Valencia College until 2015, at which point they transferred to Fayetteville State University. At Fayetteville State University, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, completing their studies in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Kimberly has also obtained several certifications. In July 2020, they became Procore Certified in various roles, including Project Manager (Core Tools), Project Manager (Financial Management), Project Manager (Project Management), Project Manager (Quality & Safety), and Project Manager (Resource Management). Kimberly further enhanced their skill set by obtaining the Project Manager (CAPM) certification from the Institute for Veterans and Military Families - IVMF in August 2020. In October 2020, they obtained the Procore Certified: Subcontractor certification from Procore Technologies. More recently, in April 2021, they completed the OSHA 30-Hr Outreach Training for the Construction Industry offered by the U.S. Department of Labor, and obtained the Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certification from the American Heart Association in March 2021.
