Zac Demarco

Zac DeMarco is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at TechWolf since February 2025. With a robust background in scaling talent acquisition efforts, Zac formerly held the position of Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Safe Security, where significant achievements included the establishment of the US talent acquisition team and the implementation of data-driven hiring processes. Prior experience includes roles at Twilio, where Zac led recruitment for enterprise sales and served as an ERG mentor, and Braze, where Zac contributed to a rapid employee growth through an IPO. Earlier roles at Salesforce and WorkMarket focused on recruiting for enterprise sales and alliances, consistently aiming to align hiring strategies with organizational needs. Zac holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rider University.
