Fraser Foulds

Fraser Foulds, P.Eng., is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience at Teck Resources Limited since June 2014. In current roles within RACE21, Fraser serves as a Mining Engineer and Senior Technical Analyst, focusing on the sustainment and implementation of mine scheduling software utilizing Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps. Previous positions include Mining Systems Engineer, Mine Operations Dispatch Supervisor, Coal Quality Engineer, Mine Maintenance Engineer, and Mine Operations Mining Engineer, where Fraser demonstrated expertise in optimizing production, safety, and environmental compliance through innovative technical support and tool development. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from The University of British Columbia, attained in 2014. Early career experience includes co-op positions at Teck Resources and Grande Cache Coal Corp, contributing to both short and long-range planning initiatives.
