Tacy Gillespie

Tacy Gillespie currently serves as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Teck Resources Limited, a position held since January 2023. Tacy has notable expertise in contract negotiation and management, leading compliance programs, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across various organizations, including Rio Tinto and Coeur Mining, Inc. Tacy earned a Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Brigham Young University.
