Patrick Walsh is an experienced software engineering manager with a proven track record in leading engineering teams and improving delivery performance across various organizations. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Teckro since October 2021, Patrick has successfully transformed delivery processes from chaotic to efficient, achieving measurable improvements. Previously, Patrick held key roles at Hostelworld Group, including Software Engineering and Quality Manager and Head of Technology Operations, where leadership resulted in historically high employee net promoter scores and significant operational cost reductions. Patrick's earlier experience includes roles at the Environmental Protection Agency in Ireland and several technology companies, where a strong focus on Agile methodologies and lean systems was established.
