Anthony Silard

Anthony Silard serves as the Distinguished Visiting Professor of Leadership at Tecnológico de Monterrey and the Director of The Center for Leadership and Sustainability at LUISS Business School, a position held since January 2022. As the Founder and Executive Director of The Center for Social Leadership since February 2004 and President of The Global Leadership Institute, Silard has dedicated a significant portion of career to leadership and sustainability initiatives. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from IESE Business School, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA in Development Studies and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
