Cesar Vargas-Rosales

Cesar Vargas-Rosales is a prominent academic at Tecnologico de Monterrey, serving as a Professor in Communications and Signal Processing since August 2011, and holding leadership roles as Leader of Faculty of Excellence and Leader of the Smart Electronics Research Group. With a comprehensive teaching background, Vargas-Rosales previously worked as an Associate Professor at ITESM from July 1996 to July 2008 and has experience as an Assistant Professor and Control Engineer at SIMEX Integracion de Sistemas, specializing in the automation of power plants. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Louisiana State University and a B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from UNAM Mexico.
