Erick Sanchez

Erick Sanchez serves as the Head of Organizational Design at HEB México since June 2024 and as an Adjunct Professor in the Management and Leadership and International Business Departments at TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY since January 2023. Previously, Erick was a Human Resources Project Manager at OXXO, overseeing HR processes for 12,000 employees across 32 states, and an MBA Intern at ARZYZ Metals, where employee relations strategies were developed. Other roles include Human Resources Generalist at GOLDCO, HR Coordinator at ARZYZ Metals, and HR Analyst at Johnson Controls, managing HR functions for over 100,000 employees across North America. Erick holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from IPADE Business School and the University of North Florida, a Master's in Management focusing on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by an international exchange program at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
