Jose Rodrigo Camacho Perez is a full-time Professor in the Industrial Engineering Department at Tecnológico de Monterrey since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jose served as an Adjunct Professor at Centro de Enseñanza Técnica Industrial, teaching courses in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from February to June 2023. Jose's extensive industry experience includes a position as a Research Scientist at Intel Labs from September 2009 to March 2023, where novel AI, machine learning approaches, and sensing technologies for wearable computing were developed. Previously, Jose worked as an Antenna Design Engineer at Continental from April 2006 to September 2009, leading the design of automotive antennas, and as an EMC Design Engineer at Delphi from March 2000 to July 2003, focusing on Electromagnetic Compatibility. Jose holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados del Instituto Politécnico Nacional, a Master's degree from Moscow Aviation Institute, and a Bachelor's degree with honors from Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
