Marta Elena Mancilla Ocejo

Marta Elena Mancilla Ocejo, PMP, currently serves as the IT PMO & IT Operations Excellence Latam ABO Leader at Cummins Inc. since April 2022, overseeing the IT portfolio, programs, and projects for the Latin America ABO. Marta has been a Catedrático titular at Tecnológico de Monterrey since August 2015 and previously held the position of Director de Innovación Tecnológica at Ayuntamiento de San Luis Potosí, where responsibilities included driving and implementing technological innovations in municipal processes. Additional experience encompasses serving as the Director of Planning, Budget, and Information Technologies at DIF Estatal San Luis Potosí, Director at Teknoloji, Partner at SEI Soluciones Digitales, and Director of Informatics at the Secretaria General de Gobierno. Marta is a PhD candidate in Knowledge Management at the International School for Social and Business Studies and holds a Master’s in Information Technologies and a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Computational Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
