Luisa Fernanda Zamora M.

Luisa Fernanda Zamora M. has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Catedrático titular at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala since September 2019, where courses in Leadership Development are taught. As the Founder and General Director of Visión Sistémica since January 2018, Luisa provides consultancy in development, organizational change, and talent strategy. Previous roles include Chief of Staff and Manager of Talent and Culture at Alterna, where Luisa led a diverse leadership team during the pandemic, and Senior HR Business Partner at Corporación Multi Inversiones. Luisa has also held important positions at TELUS Digital as Site Human Resources Manager and has experience in organizational change management at EVOLUTION CONSULTING GROUP in Mexico. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources Management from EUDE Business School and a Psychology degree from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
