Rafael Castelltort is an experienced professional in the fields of e-commerce and digital transformation. Currently serving as Director del Centro de Comercio al Detalle at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Rafael is also a Co-Founder and CEO of Social Piper. Previous roles include positions as Director of e-Commerce at Soriana and Walmart México y Centroamérica, where Rafael led e-commerce initiatives for Superama and Supercenter. With a strong foundation in business administration, having earned an MBA from Esade, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Rafael combines academic knowledge with extensive industry experience.
