Yolanda Rubio

Yolanda Rubio is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and management. Currently, Yolanda serves as the Regional Wellbeing Manager and Regional Manager for Mars University in the LATAM region, roles held since June 2011 and August 2020, respectively. Prior to these positions, Yolanda worked at Mars from 2001 to 2011 in various roles, including Key Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Additionally, Yolanda holds the position of Catedrático universitario at Tecnológico de Monterrey since August 2020. Yolanda earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Universidad Tecmilenio between 2015 and 2017.
