Melanie Castillo

Melanie Castillo is an accomplished tax manager at EY, specializing in International Tax and Transactions Services since September 2017, where Melanie has advanced from staff consultant to senior consultant and now tax manager. In addition to her role at EY, Melanie serves as a catedrático universitario at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, teaching soft skills courses in the Faculty of Law. From November 2016 to August 2020, Melanie represented Guatemala as a Global Ambassador at IBS - International Business School Brasil. Prior experience includes sales executive at PROQUIRSA and laboratory technician at Cervecería Centro Americana S.A. Melanie holds a degree in Leadership and Human Asset Management from the University of La Verne and a Licenciatura en Ingeniería Química from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
