Liliana Costa

Liliana Costa is a professional in civil engineering with a strong background in project management and specialization in infrastructure development. Currently serving as an Engenheiro de projetos at TECNOPLANO since March 2023, Liliana previously worked at 1M Arquitectura Engenharia, LDA from March 2017 to May 2022 as an Engenheira Civil - Projectista, where responsibilities included the elaboration and coordination of specialty projects, particularly for high-risk categories. Earlier experience includes a role as Adjunta de Director de Obra at GR4PT SA, where involvement focused on general contracting for infrastructure interventions within the EPAL network in the Lisbon area. Liliana holds a Master's degree in Structures and Construction from Universidade da Beira Interior, completed in 2015.
