In 2020, they began working as a Sales Representative at Discount Dumpster Rental, where they made and received 60-100 calls per day and utilized Salesforce CRM for entering orders, prospecting potential clients, and tracking sales objectives. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Customer Service Representative at TECOBI, where they touch 300-400 leads per day, gathers proper information through strategic questioning to promote confidence in appointments, and follows client guidelines to be a reliable partnership to lead to a sale.
Matt Stark completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from William Penn University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates in business administration from Des Moines Area Community College in 2010.
