Linnsey Workman Caya

Linnsey Workman Caya currently serves as Chief Legal & People Officer at Tecovas, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Caya was General Counsel & EVP of Corporate Operations at Standard Holdings Group from October 2020 to July 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing legal and operational aspects for a large-scale commercial building and real estate investment organization. Caya previously worked at Treasury Wine Estates as Chief Legal & People Officer from August 2016 to April 2020, during which time the company became the largest publicly listed wine entity globally. Earlier experience includes a role as EVP, Global General Counsel & Secretary at Quiksilver, Inc. and an Associate position at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, focusing on corporate law. Caya also directed legislative affairs at Campbell Crane & Associates while pursuing a Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Boston College.
