Diane Lynn Emirzian

Diane Lynn Emirzian is an experienced IT professional and 3D artist with a comprehensive background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as an IT Service Desk Technician at Tecsys Inc. since April 2022, Diane previously worked at Keywords Studios - Montréal, where roles included Expert IT Support Technician and Help Desk Support Technician, focusing on troubleshooting and documentation. Earlier experiences include leadership as a Customer Support Supervisor at Fusion BPO Services, where Diane managed agent performance and training. A freelance 3D artist from 2013 to 2016, Diane also contributed to game development and advertising projects at Ganz Studios and other firms.
