Nicole Eisenhardt has been working at Tecta America Commercial Roofing since June 2006, starting as the National Director of Training and Development, then moving on to Vice President of National Service and currently holding the position of Senior Vice President of National Service. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Sidley and Austin from March 2001 to June 2005, focusing on event planning. Nicole earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University in 2005 and completed the NRCA FEI Program 5 in 2012.
