Doug Brewster

Doug Brewster is currently a Member at Operators Guild, the CFO and Circle Member at The Circle by Founders Circle Capital, and the Vice President of Finance at Tecton. Prior to these roles, Doug has held various positions at Confluent, Okta, Inc., Credit Suisse, and Piper Jaffray in the field of investment banking, with a focus on healthcare and consumer/retail industries. Doug's experience includes extensive quantitative analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning, M&A transactions, public market financings, and client relationship management. Doug has worked on transactions worth billions of dollars, serving as a lead advisor and sole advisor on multiple deals. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.
