Doug Brewster

Doug Brewster is currently the VP of Finance at Tecton. Doug has over 8 years of experience in investment banking, financial planning and analysis, and corporate finance. Doug has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Brewster began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in the Healthcare division. Doug worked on 4 M&A transactions and 8 public market financings, totaling $33bn in value. Doug then moved to Okta, Inc. as the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A. In this role, they were responsible for developing long-range financial plans, forecasting company performance, and analyzing financial results.

In 2017, they joined Confluent as the Sr. Director of FP&A. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of financial planning and analysis for the company. Doug was responsible for developing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Doug also led the analysis of financial results and provided insights to improve decision-making. Doug left Confluent in 2020 to join Tecton as the VP of Finance.

Doug Brewster received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.
