Olivia Kwok

Olivia Kwok has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Group Human Resources Director at Tectura since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Head of HR at Nexusguard Limited from April 2018 to October 2021. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner, APAC at Siemens Industry Software Limited from September 2011 to March 2018. Olivia also held the position of Assistant HR&A Manager at Outblaze Limited from March 2010 to September 2011. Additionally, Olivia worked as a Human Resources Associate at Black Mountain (Hong Kong) Ltd. from February 2009 to December 2009, and as an HR Manager (HK & China) at Getronics (HK) Limited / Hyro Limited from January 2006 to December 2008.

Olivia Kwok obtained their MSc degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have pursued several certifications in the field of coaching and therapy. In January 2021, they became a Master Practitioner of Timeline Therapy through the Timeline Therapy Association. More recently, in January 2022, they obtained certifications as a Certified Hypnotherapist from The American Board of Hypnotherapy, a Certified NLP Master Practitioner from The American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a Certified NLP Master Coach from the Coaching Division of The American Board of NLP.
