Susheel Tiwari has over 28 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Susheel is currently working as a Business Operations Director at Tectura since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Coach from February 2022.

From August 2021 to September 2022, Susheel worked at Leap2Excel Consulting LLP as the Practice Head - Service and Sales Operations, where they focused on growth consulting, HR function design, business strategies, and leadership development.

Before that, Susheel had a long tenure at HP, where they held multiple roles. From July 2013 to February 2020, they served as the Director of Sales Operations, responsible for overseeing operations for the Direct & Channel business in HP India. Susheel achieved notable accomplishments in customer and channel experience improvement, automation and process improvement, project execution, and team development. Prior to this role, they served as the Country Manager - Channel Sales Support & Operations from March 2007 to July 2013, where they were responsible for transforming processes, managing distributors and commercial partners, and achieving significant cost reduction and process transformation.

Susheel's earlier experience includes working at Bizveda Consulting as Director, Apara as Director - Services, Acer as Regional Manager - Services, Compaq Computer Corporation as Manager - Call Center - Services, and Rolta India Limited as Sr. Customer Support Executive.

Susheel Tiwari completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University from 1989 to 1993. In terms of additional certifications, Susheel obtained a Coach training for PCC from Erickson Coaching International - India in February 2022, and a Coach certification from the same institution in December 2021. Susheel also obtained a certification in Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford Center for Professional Development in October 2014, and became a Coach and Member of the International Coaching Federation in April 2022.
