Hannah Odell has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Hannah started their career at Hands on the World (HOW) Global as a Partnerships & Communications Coordinator, where they focused on fundraising, communications, and social media strategy. Hannah then joined Foundation Cristosal as a Partnerships & Resource Development Manager, where they managed development efforts and launched a U.S.-based campaign. Hannah then moved on to Children of the City as the Director of Development, where they successfully increased event revenues, launched a major gifts framework, and brought the organization on as a client of Hudson Ferris. At Hudson Ferris, Hannah served as the Managing Director, specializing in custom-made fundraising strategies and providing tactical implementation for over 120 nonprofits worldwide. Hannah then co-founded GreaterSpace NYC, a platform that combined shared office space with essential services for growing nonprofits. Currently, Hannah is the Director of Strategic Giving at TED Conferences. Hannah'swork experience reflects their expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, resource development, and collaboration within the nonprofit sector.

Hannah Odell attended Northeastern University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in International Relations and Affairs.
