Jai Mulani

Jai Mulani is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and solutions management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of IBT, the No. 1 BPO Company in the Middle East since October 2009, Jai Mulani is responsible for the strategic direction and global growth of the company. As the founder of IBT, roles included managing key accounts, building sales and service delivery teams, and driving revenue growth. In March 2024, Jai Mulani took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at AlphaSquad and Public Speaker at TED Conferences. Prior experience also includes a leadership position at Prologix, where responsibilities encompassed managing a sales team and establishing business targets. Jai Mulani began a career in IT as a Support Engineer at Lals Group and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Navgujarat College of Computer Applications.
