Rose S. Shuman

Rose S. Shuman is a Senior Product Manager for AI at Capital One, overseeing the development of a groundbreaking AI product for the bank's 80,000 associates. With extensive experience across various organizations, Rose serves as a Master Trainer for a prominent AI model-building entity, a TED Fellow since 2009, and an advisor to the CTO at SameSame, focusing on LGBTQI+ youth health initiatives in Africa. As a co-founder of BrightFront Group, a consulting firm, Rose specializes in strategic initiatives for global operations. Additional roles include serving as a Digital Advisor for the United Nations, co-chairing the UN Generative AI Practice Group, and working as a venture reviewer for the European Commission's innovation fund. Educationally, Rose holds a master's degree in International/Global Studies and two bachelor's degrees in International Relations (Honors) and Visual Arts, all from Brown University.
