Cameron Minkler

Cameron Minkler has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2020, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Tedder Industries, where they oversaw all HR functions and successfully doubled the workforce during the height of the pandemic. They also provided consulting to upper management on organizational structures. From 2007 to 2019, Cameron worked at the Kalispel Tribal Economic Authority, first as a Learning and Development Manager, facilitating organizational change efforts and leadership development. They then transitioned into the role of HR Development Instructor, responsible for developing and conducting training in various areas. Prior to that, Cameron served as a Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 1983 to 2004.

Cameron Minkler obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Whitworth University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition, Cameron has acquired several certifications, including becoming a DDI Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in February 2019. They also obtained the Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP) certification from NNAHRA in March 2017 and became a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst from TTI Success Insights in October 2016.
