Dale Mason

Dale Mason has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dale worked at Jubilant HollisterStier LLC from 2007 to 2015, holding various roles such as Quality Assurance Manager, Business Excellence - Sr. Specialist, and Quality Systems Associate. In these roles, they were responsible for QA compliance, investigation of deviations, implementation of effective CAPA, oversight of Quality Systems, reporting quality metrics, implementing a lean culture, controlling costs, optimizing production methods, and administering various Quality Systems. Dale joined Unicep in 2015 as a Quality Assurance Manager and later joined Tedder Industries in 2016 as the Director of Production Operations Support.

Dale Mason obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Eastern Washington University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Community Colleges of Spokane from 1984 to 1985, where they pursued an Engineer's degree with a focus on Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Dale holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the ASQ, although the dates of completion are unknown.
