Kimberly Floyd

Kimberly Floyd, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with over 25 years of experience. Kimberly has held several leadership positions throughout their career. From 1994 to 2007, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at SCI Company, where they established and implemented HR Business Partners roles and collaborated with regional HR directors and sales managers to identify and develop high potential candidates. In 2007, they joined Mesa Industries as a Human Resources Director, where they launched the company's HR function, provided strategic support to executives and management, and developed a competency-based performance management process. Since 2016, Kimberly has been working as the Human Resources Director at Tedia Company, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for managing and implementing HR programs and initiatives to align with the company's business strategy and direction. Their expertise includes talent acquisition, employee relations, internal communication, total rewards, learning and development, and service engagement.

Kimberly Floyd, SPHR, obtained their education from the University of Cincinnati between 1991 and 1994. During this time, they focused on Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained an SPHR Certification. In 2009, Kimberly also became a Notary Public, certified by the State of Ohio.
