Becky Copeland

Becky Copeland is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in training and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of HR & Training at Ted's Montana Grill since October 2014, Copeland has previously held senior HR roles at Gold's Gym, TGI Friday's USA, and Pick Up Stix. Notable achievements include leading the conversion of learning systems at Gold's Gym, managing HR services for over 600 restaurants at TGI Friday's USA, and implementing strategic HR approaches that transformed organizational culture and engagement. Copeland's career began at TGI Friday's, where roles included International Training Manager and New Store Opening Manager, contributing to significant growth initiatives.
