Arthur Zards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, particularly in the experience economy and community development. As a Founding Member of the World Experience Organization since July 2021, Arthur Zards contributes to enhancing experiences and opportunities for industry creators. Serving as Executive Director and Executive Producer of TEDxNaperville since March 2009, Arthur Zards has transformed the event into a significant platform for innovative ideas, curating over 30 speakers and leading numerous community initiatives. Additionally, Arthur Zards is the Chief Experience Officer of Lab Z, which focuses on experiential design, and a Co-Founder/CMO at XNet, where complex digital marketing strategies are developed. Arthur Zards is actively involved in community service with the City of Naperville and holds various advisory board positions, showcasing a commitment to both professional excellence and community impact.
