Maika Randini (Kikie)

Maika (Kikie) Randini is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager Marketing at TEEG since July 2021, Maika is responsible for driving company growth through brand and digital initiatives. As Co-Founder and Chairperson of Yayasan Cahya Amanah Bangsa since February 2003, Maika has successfully established educational institutions in the Bekasi area. Previous positions include SVP and Chief Marketing Officer at FWD Insurance, VP Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications at AXA Mandiri Financial Services, and Associate Director at Nielsen, among others. Maika holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and Mathematics from the University of Indonesia.
