Nilushi Ekanayake

Nilushi Ekanayake possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and life cycle management, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Teejay Group since October 2020. Previous roles at Teejay Group include Senior Executive in Talent Engagement and Development and Executive in HR & Admin. Prior to joining Teejay Group, Nilushi worked at Brandix as an Executive focused on Talent Engagement and Development and held HR internships at British American Tobacco and The Hayleys Group. Nilushi Ekanayake holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Kelaniya, along with relevant coursework from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Education was completed at Visakha Vidyalaya.
