Dr. Kathrin Gimpel

Dr. Kathrin Gimpel currently serves as Leiter HR / CHRO at TEEKANNE Deutschland since May 2023. Previous experience includes Vice President Group HR at PACCOR from July 2020 to April 2023 and various roles at thyssenkrupp from January 2008 to June 2020, where responsibilities encompassed global HR strategy, operational personnel work, and labor relations. Dr. Gimpel has also held leadership roles in sourcing, recruiting, personnel development, and marketing within thyssenkrupp. Additionally, Dr. Gimpel has academic experience as a lecturer in HR Management and Research Methods at several universities and has contributed to consulting and research projects internationally. Education was completed at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
