Roberts Golovizins

Roberts Golovizins is an experienced Chief Engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the maritime industry, specializing in LNG, FSRU, and SRV operations. Currently serving as Chief Engineer on LNG at Teekay since June 2019, Roberts previously held key roles at Hoegh LNG, including managing the first regasification project in China and overseeing new building site teams. Roberts' extensive experience also includes positions as Chief Engineer and First Engineer on LPG carriers, oil tankers, and product tankers with companies such as BSM, BIMS, Norbulk, and Westfal Larsen. Roberts holds an education from Riga Marine College, completed between 1981 and 1984.
