Erin Staadecker

Erin Staadecker currently serves as the Opal Manager for Memory Care at Murano Senior Living since October 2021. Erin is also a co-founder and Dementia Awareness & Skills Trainer at The Creative Dementia Collective, and a PAC Certified Independent Trainer with Positive Approach to Dementia Care, both roles held since March 2020 and March 2019, respectively. Previously, Erin was the Customer & Program Success Manager at Eldergrow from November 2020 to August 2021, supporting innovative horticulture programs for senior living residents. Erin's earlier experience includes serving as Life Enrichment Director at Aegis Living from November 2013 to August 2019, and working as an Administrative Assistant for the Bellevue Education Association in 2012-2013. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Business from the University of Arizona, and various roles in personal and professional training development through the Landmark program.
