Kelsi Roth has previously worked for several companies in various roles including:

- Starbucks: Barista Trainer, Shift Supervisor, and Barista

- Redbubble: Graphic Designer responsible for designing content for merchandise, selling over 20k units

- TeePublic (acquired by Redbubble): Graphic Designer responsible for designing content for merchandise

- Pacific University: Undergraduate Writing & Research Fellow, where they collaborated with a team to create a website, children's book, and equitable children's book list. Also, an Event Planning Intern for a 10-day residency program.

- York St. John University: Study Abroad Student in York, England for a semester

- Lavidge: Marketing, Social Media, and PR Intern where they designed, planned, and executed content for clients and Lavidge using Canva and Hootsuite. Gained knowledge on the inner workings of social media, marketing and advertising, PR, as well as leadership and teamwork.
